Accessiblity Statement
January 12, 2026
SG Dante S.r.l. is committed to making its website accessible, in compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.sebastiancafemilano.com.
Compliance status
Partially compliant
This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Appendix A of the UNI CEI EN 301549 standard due to the non-compliances and/or exceptions listed below.
Non-accessible Content
The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed:
a) Non-compliance with Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004
- On the site’s homepage, next to the image carousel, there are navigation buttons on a photographic background. These elements have suboptimal color contrast and may be difficult to read for visually impaired users. Although these are secondary graphic elements, evaluations are underway to improve contrast, in line with WCAG 2.1 – 1.4.3 (Minimum Contrast) criteria.
- Alternative text attributes on the images have been implemented only in Italian, due to site architecture limitations.
b) Disproportionate burden
- It is considered that items A1 are deemed minor shortcomings already sufficiently mitigated (though not perfectly) to ensure adequate accessibility using the implemented tools.
- Point A6 would require a complete redesign of the translated sections, related to the architecture used. However, possible alternatives are being considered.
c) Content not within the scope of applicable legislation
- The cookie management section and informational banner are provided by an external service and may present accessibility limitations. As these are not directly customizable, they fall outside the scope of applicable legislation. In case of difficulty, users may contact support for alternative information.
